This man was horrible. As a client when I had concerns he would talk over me and not even let me finish my sentence. He simply in the business for money. And his office is unhygienic. His assistant has XL long nails and is putting them in my mouth! If you have never seen those before look them up. I don't know where those nails have been and certainly don't want them in my mouth. The staff is constantly making mistakes, causing for me to drive and miss school because of their screwups. One time I had a problem for Liedtke and no other patients were in the office and when I told him to contact my dentist he simply wrote on a piece of napkin in front of me. Did he even have a file ready with my name on it? He probably did not even care that I left with HIS BRACES still on me. That's right, we had to leave without our money and without completing the full treatment because he was that bad. Then at the other orthodontist, they literally say my teeth did not make as much progress as I thought. He simply does not care about clients and their mouths.

I had a minor orthodontic issue. One tooth was set back. Dr. Liedtke put on my braces and the alignment was set straight. The major problem happened when my braces were removed by a very young, inexperienced assistant in his office. She cracked the two teeth on the bottom with the metal rings around them. I felt the pain as they cracked. I was in a lot of pain for weeks after the braces were removed. Liedtke took no responsibility after I told him about his assistant cracking my teeth. Since then, those two cracked teeth deteriorated and had to be removed along with three of the surrounding teeth. I've had to pay over $50,000 out of pocket for restorations and eventually 3 implants. Liedtke probably does decent orthodontic work, but in my case he allowed malpractice to occur in his office.

Came in to Liedtke after a not so good experience with SDC. He solved my issue better and for less money than SDC. Great experience!
