The lady who does the TSA pre-check must be some sort of devil in a human body. Has the trifecta: stupid, lazy and especially mean. Wow is she rude and mean!

Excellent customer service at this Staples location. Pranav and Akash K were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me solve my issue with a SD card I purchased that didnt work with my camera. They have a lot of tech knowledge and solved my problem for me.

Very disappointed to shop with them. Purchased a computer table. One part is broken. When I call them, someone first picked up the phone and after knowing the reason why I call them. She asked me to hold and I waited for 10 minutes. Then they give me another number to call, why do not they just forward? Waited another 6 minutes until someone pick up the phone. The lady on the phone suggested me to call the manufacturer and she wanted me to call the manufacture to resolve the issue. What is the hell? Are you kidding me? This is how their customer service look like. Do not want to deal with staples anymore.

This is in regards to the TSA pre check employee located here. I was 10 mins early to my appointment and I informed the heavy set female that. She told me to step over and as I did a gentleman showed up who I thought was the person before me. I told her that might be the person before me as I'm early. She responded with, "Don't telll me how to do my job" with a very irritated tone. I was a little taken aback with that response as I was just trying to be considerate to the other person since I was early. She continues on irritated that I can't position my fingers properly flat. My fingers especially my pinkies do not separate from my ring fingers. Not every one has the same anatomy and she should understand that. Then she says my signature does not look right. Signing on the digital reader is not the most accurate representation of a pen and paper signature. She should understand that too. Then she asked if I put my middle initial in my signature? I said yes and she said, "They only need the first and last name" and I asked if I should repeat and she goes on saying, "No, I submitted it already. They are taping everything so they can see what went on". I hope they review it because I have no idea how she can be in this kind of job with her attitude like that. Very rude person. Management should look at all the bad reviews and see where the common issue is. I definitely would not recommend this place for a TSA pre check interview because of her.
