        We boarded our Goldendoodle here for 7 nights and overall had a good experience. We were able to easily communicate with PetSuites to make sure we had everything taken care of prior to boarding including vaccination records and feeding instructions. The webcams for the play areas were great for checking in on our dog. We had scheduled our dog for an exit bath for the morning of pickup. However there must have been some confusion because they did not receive an exit bath which was disappointing. Otherwise, PetSuites Naperville was a good place for boarding services.

        Was not given accurate information about the socialization policy until I dropped off our dog. When elevated to the manager he kept repeating the corporate policy but did recognize our concerns. I found staff working later in the day more cooperative than during day hours

        While the organization has some nice systems in place, they appear unorganized and important details such as administering medications fall through the cracks. Creating a profile on the organizations website is frustrating as the site is not user friendly and slow. The site does not have any outdoor runs or play area which I feel is a deficiency for pets that are boarded for more than a few days. The staff is very friendly and does their best to be accommodating. The "paw-gress" reports and pictures that get uploaded and the live cams to view your pet are big pluses. If your pet is not dependent on medication and/or outdoor access is not an issue, this place is 4 stars.

        Great place to bring your dog. It was my first time needing to board. The team was very helpful and responsive to questions, and I received daily updates. My puppy was happy and well taken care of. Pricey but worth it for peace of mind while traveling
