        Decided to try this location to book an intro class, but had similar experiences with this location as I did with South Naperville. I was originally booked for an intro class on Sunday, and got an email two days ago confirming for Saturday. Not sure where the confusion was. I spoke with someone in the phone a couple of weeks ago, and somehow got originally booked for an advanced class on Sunday. Club Pilates should do better with customer service and communicating with clients. Very disappointed.

        Club Pilates North Naperville is wonderful. The instructors are well trained. The owners are very nice and the front desk staff are helpful. If you are considering trying Pilates, I recommend you give it a try.
