Used there service multiple time before was very happy with there work. This time the plumber shows up did not seem to know what he is doing.. my husband had to help him with removing parts. Ended up not completing the work we had to complete the work. Not a satisfied costumer

I could not be happier with the beautiful shower that I now have instead of my old bathtub. Kim, the designer with a wonderful vision, planned the whole process out, coming every day to see exactly what had been done and if all was according to plan.  Sometimes she came twice a day and always answered my many questions. The workmen were careful and very considerate.  I was amazed how easily the whole project was completedThank you to Kim and Debbie for your wonderful work.

Called Phil Walz plumbing after talking to a few other local businesses . Decided to move foreword with installation of new water heater because of price quoted for new unit, installation, and removal of old water heater. Installer was on time, friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself. I was billed roughly more than 500$ more then I was quoted for, which is absurd in which these units are a 1/3 of the cost of my bill. After contacting the business I was told that was nearly impossible because the price for what I received has not changed in the last 17 years. I was told they were going to check with who quoted me to confirm the situation, but have not gotten back to me. Seems like most of these reviews pertaining to billing are accurate. Beware of this companys operating procedures, and find someone who is more honest with there business and customers. Service: Water heater installation

Excellent. Called us back on a Sunday and arrived on time Monday. Friendly professional plumbers fixed our clogged toilet immediately. Would use them again!
