Shared information about my foot issues and made me feel very confident about my options to address foot health. I am going back and it's my hope that the high level of care will continue.

        We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Sadeghi. She listened attentively to us, engaged with him with toys and smiles, and helped him feel calm and comfortable throughout the visit. Her expertise and gentle approach made us want to go back for everything foot and ankle. We highly recommend Dr. Sadeghi especially for the little ones.

        Dr.Sadeghi is brilliant in her service and care, I was on my visit to Chicago to meetup with friends and had issues with my heal, I visited Dr.Sadeghi , it is very quick n easy to book appointment Moreover she followed up with me even after I moved back to Detroit about my recovery Dr.Sadeghi is who I recommend if you are from Chicago or visiting Chicago

        As a patient, it was not strongly communicated that the patient is required to work with our own insurance to submit a pre-authorization to Fox Valley (the provider) as the typical method is the provider would work with insurance to submit this pre-authorization. This required us to pay for the specialty service without any help from our insurance. Very disappointed about this.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is very unlike us, as we always submit pre-authorizations, when applicable. We wonder, if there was perhaps, a confusion? Insurances do get tricky. Please feel free to call us if you were told otherwise, by anyone at our office, and ask to speak with our billing team. That said, we encourage all of our patients to learn about their benefits, as coverage and benefits are a contract between patients and their insurance companies, and out of our control. We also encourage our patients to ask us for help if they need to, in order to understand the terms of their coverage provided by their insurance company. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your coverage. Our financial policy is not only discussed verbally, but also included in the documents that every new patient receives and signs. If a patient would like a copy of the documents they've signed, for their records, it will be gladly provided at no cost. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to provide all of our patients with excellent care.
