We reached out to Kyle Schlicher when we were preparing to list our home. He lives in our neighborhood so we thought wed see what he thought. He made a great first impression with his market knowledge, personality and positivity. He wasnt aggressive and let us know that he worked as a team with Ben Grander. Ben sent us a market analysis as a follow up since he would be our sellers agent. We werent ready to list yet and they were very respectful of our needs. When it was the right time we met with both of them and they demonstrated their command of the business. We hired them and they had a top notch photographer take pictures and a video that were spectacular. Then when we listed on the private market we immediately had two offers and the house was sold for a great price without even hitting the MLS. Thank you Ben and Kyle!

Kyle Schlicher with the Grander Group is an outstanding realtor if you're looking for someone who always puts the buyer first. Kyle made sure to always ask the right questions to understand what I was looking for then went out of his way to find the right houses. The market was hot during my search and what stood out the most was that Kyle was willing to get a showing at the drop of a hat, unless he was doing the same for another customer at the time.
