Joe was a wonderful agent. Very responsive any time of the day or night and he communicated what was going on clearly and effectively. I really enjoyed working with him. He didn't pressure me to lower my price. We strategized together to get the price I wanted and was patient in getting the sale. I would recommend him to anyone and will use him again in the future.
