Wendy was great. It is not an exaggeration to say there is no way I would have wound up in my house without her. Saying she went above and beyond isn't enough. She had a great team ready who were all equally helpful, and has a long list of local contacts. I had a very complicated home sell and purchase moving across the country. Wendy helped me on the purchase side, but her advice was helpful across the sale and move as well. Multiple deals fell through on the sale side, but Wendy's team helped keep the deal alive at the same rates when not many others could have. She showed me 10 plus homes in at least 3 different neighborhoods because I didn't know the area and was extremely patient throughout. My daughter enjoyed being around her, and there was definitely a friendship built through the whole process. She went out of her way on a regular basis, and I never felt like I was unclear on next steps. I'd recommend her to anyone.
