We had SRS in to repair a damaged soffit as well as a full repair and replacement of our roof's shingles. Frank and Mo we're very good at communicating with us about the job details and their crew were on time and did a professional job with both installation and clean-up. The one issue we did encounter along the way due to existing unforeseen circumstances - they stepped up and made it right.

I want to personally thank Andrew, Mo and their crew for the excellent work they did installing new double hung windows at my house. They provided professional and responsive service from start to finish. The estimate provided was competitively priced and the scope of work was detailed to let me know what was all included in the installation. Andrew and Mo are both very responsive and answered my questions quickly. The new windows look amazing and I am very happy with the installation. Mo walked with me at the conclusion of the project to make sure that I was truly satisfied with the result. I greatly appreciate that level of customer service. I look forward to working with SRS Exteriors on future projects and I highly recommend to anyone looking to install new windows. Thanks again!

Decision came between two reputable companies. I choose SRS Exteriors because had better screens for my gutters, saw my visions, great reviews  and very responsive to my questions. They replaced my very old shutters on "weeping mortar brick" - the old solid, pain in the but to drill through. Took hours. The man who installed my black gutters and screens did an AMAZING JOB!  I was in awe of his work. You should see how this man is spider man with a house! He did my whole house in a day, cleaned up all his mess and took my old shutters. Really talented guy. I wish I could remember his name!They have a very well oiled business. Between someone who did the estimates, the measurements, project manager- to the awesome installer, you can't go wrong with this company. Trust me I can be a pain in the butt with my OCD- never once did someone roll their eyes or talk snarky to me. Great company towards women homeowners. The job went smoothly without any issues. I can't tell you how pleased I am and how important gutters/screens can be to a home. My home looks beefy and makes an impressive statement now.I am very satisfied and thanks so much for doing an awesome job!!!

I invited this company over to do an estimate of fixing an issue with some vinyl siding and gutters. At first, I received no quote, as promised, and I waited a week, and prompted them. Then, I received a quote but it did not include everything we had discussed. After many, many emails, detailing my requests, they came back with a quote that was double in price (yes, DOUBLE), that still did not include all my requests. And, my requests were pretty simple. Of course, it's their choice what to fix and what to charge but my real problem with all of this is I did not know what I was receiving in my email--there was no detailed description of the job and price. It appeared it was a request to sign for some mystery document, which had no description and no price--an e-sign doc which is a blank signature document generated by a computer program. I kept emailing that I could not open their document, except a blank box to sign something, and he kept emailing me again asking for a signature. I don't sign something I can't see. I also did not work with anyone mentioned in other people's reviews so maybe this company is now farming out smaller jobs to someone else, unfortunately. I really wanted to get my work done, and the reviews here are epic, but instead I had to move on.
