After three claims being denied by my Insurance Company, I contacted Midwestern Adjusters/ Elite Restoration Co for assistance. During the process Teddy Blanco went above and beyond all expectations to work on a final settlement we were pleased with. The roofers were prompt, courteous, and efficient, along with the gutter/downspout crew as well. It was an outstanding job to all involved! We've received numerous inquiries already as too who did our work!

I had a leak in my roof this winter. Elite had put in a new roof for me 5 years ago so asked them to come check it out. The cause ended up being an ice damn doing damage to a repair on my chimney by another company 10 years ago that was done poorly. Even though it wasnt caused by the roof they replaced, John Nickles and Pariz took care of it and patched up the problem for me quickly!

The field people were excellent. Chris and Lawrence working with the insurance companies kept me informed and were awesome. The people who actually did the roofing were wonderful and completed the project and clean up in one day! However the communication and follow through of office staff was horrible! I was told several times that someone would call me back and give me specifics on when something (inspections, deliveries, work etc) would be done and the phone calls never came - leaving me caught off guard when people showed up - making it difficult to schedule my own things. It was so bad that i eventually had to leave a disgruntled message on an answering machine- and still never received a call to apologize. So, again. Field work and actual roofing was wonderful. Communication and follow through- not so much.

Initially worked with Paul Domete. They got the job done. Communication could have been much better in general, but I do believe they worked hard, and they did a good job.
