This U-haul location will fill your propane tanks with just the amount you need. They are cheaper than Ace or anywhere else in the area. If you have a tank half full and just want a top off... They can do that and won't charge you for a full tank like the other companies in the area.

We brought our family vehicle to U-Haul for a hitch installation. In addition to the hitch, we left with a broken electrical system and our lights didnt work. We unfortunately didnt realize it until we were driving home from a Christmas party in the dark two days after the installation. We called U-Haul during their working hours and explained the situation, then brought it back to them to fix. When we finally heard back from them, they said that they couldnt figure out the problem and they usually check these things before customers pick up their vehicles. They said it was not their issue and was only coincidental that the electrical system started having problems after they worked on it. Seems extremely coincidental that they would do a job that requires electrical work and immediately after the car has electrical problems, but that not be the cause. So we picked up our car and brought it to a mechanic. He said that this U-Haul location had no idea what they were doing and completely messed up the electrical in the car. Not only were the wires pinched, but they were improperly grounded properly in a way that could have eventually lead to the computer being overloaded. U-Haul cost us a lot of money and more importantly, put our family in danger driving with no lights in the dark.

The people I dealt with were bothered that I interrupted them from their cell phone usage, the quote i got online was wildly off from what they charged me. The truck was stinky. Overall a bad experience.

I was a little confused on how the auto pick up worked. I was able to find the van and get the code. But other than that the experience was good. I should be able to make this more seamless the next time.
