        We had Dr Demers see my cat jinx. Im always worried at the vet . (Probably just as much as she is being there) But Dr Demers was thorough and kind and she really expressed love for my sick cat. She went above and beyond calling me with results of our babys test results. Thank you guys so much!!

        My senior dog has been in 3 times in the last 12mos for an eye discharge/goo. My hope was to give my dog a little relief and a little less pain in his last few months of life. Dr gave a choice of oral antibiotic or steroid drops. Went with the steroid drops. Didnt work, so I called 6 weeks later for an oral antibiotic. They wouldnt give a script/medication without ANOTHER exam as it might be fungal instead of bacterial. Seriously? They couldnt have figured that out in his last 3 visits? Seems like they are way too interested in billing vs pet care. Ive already spent $2,000 there over the last 18mos.

        We started using VCA clinics a little more than a year ago. At first, I was hesitant because of how large of a network it is; maybe they wouldn't be as personable as smaller vet offices I had used in the past. I was wrong. The two locations I've taken my pets to have been outstanding. Naper Ridge techs and vets always take the time to answer even the smallest questions. With an appointment, I can knock out a checkup on our dog in about 10-15 minutes. We will continue to use this office.

        I brought my 6 year old lab in for trouble breathing. Dr Middleton and her staff were so helpful. They got Bob in right away and made him a top priority. They ran every test to help find the cause which turned out to be lymphoma. They constantly kept me updated on how he was doing and made me feel so comfortable in this difficult time. Dr Middleton made it much easier for me to go through this trying time for my family and I.
