Michael Galli presents himself as a very affable man. But do not trust him. His company installed shades at our home but did not complete the job. We had his company install our shades but for the motorized shades the gateway was faulty. He was supposed to provide a new gateway but did not do so. Three months after installation (and complete payment for an incomplete job) I called him, got his voice mail and left a message. He did not return my call. A week later I called again and when I gave him my name he hung up on me. Gotcha Covered does not have you covered.

Exceptional experience right from day 1 when Michael came for our first appointment where he patiently walked us through products and gave us time to make our choices until the blinds were installed. His quote was competitive and did not impose timeline to make decision. Shipment arrived within promised timeframe (in fact a week ahead of schedule) and the blinds were installed by an experienced and amicable professional. I would certainly approach him when I am in the market for window treatments.
