I enjoy the manipulation massage of this store, after pressing it to rejuvenate my whole back, soothe muscle tension, and make the whole back a lot easier, the service attitude is very good, very satisfied!

One of the best foot massages I have had (LOL and I get mqny of them) my masseuse Alice was great. Terrific technique and great foot pressure points and caring rub. Highly recommend!

Look guys Ive been coming to Jia since 2019. Ive raved about them and their services to family, associates, and friends. Several times booked double appointments for me and my girlfriends to share a relax day. On my own I come once to three times a month. Spending no less than $80 a visit every time. I hate that Im writing this review. It makes me sad. I just had a terrible experience. Not only was my massage awful, but the pressure from the jerking/pouncing the lady kept doing on my upper back and neck made me shift a few times. In doing so, when I got up from the massage my eye felt weird. Pressure when I blinked and slight pain. I hurried and got dressed and went to the bathroom to check it out. My eyelid noticeably swollen and red on the right. I started freaking out but didnt want to make a scene. I paid as I always do. I even tipped the girl even though my experience was so terrible. I decided to handle things professionally and called the main number when I got into the car. I explained what happened with the massage. I went through the details of the whole thing. The jerking and pouncing and minimal massage to my back which is why I get a table massage to begin with. It was all over the place, no smooth transition to the next techniques just abrupt stops and starts that had no relaxing qualities. All knew jerk effects. I even lifted my head up at one point when she was dragging her knuckles up and down my arm rapidly and said lady, what are you doing?! She apologized and semi finished the next 15 minutes of the massage halfway decent. When I told him this and the part about my eye he put me on hold. Came back and said oh it was Lisa shes been with me for 2 years.. Fine it was Lisa. It doesnt matter how long shes been with you she did not perform the service being paid for well, and she caused an injury to my eye. I stayed calm. Allowed him to talk over me several times as he continuously dismissed me and my concerns. Quickly apologized to hurry me off the phone, which is what I felt she did to finish the massage, and offered me $10. I wasnt asking for a free massage, maybe a little care and concern for the customer who not only had a terrible experience she paid fully price plus tip for, because Im not a total a-holeNever mind that I gave you the decency of trusting you to handle the said issue, but to minimize something that serious and the. Insult me with $10 off my next $80 service is so insulting. Its garbage from a business/managing/owner sense. Posting pictures of my eye. I just hope this isnt an infection. Im low key freaking out
