I found it difficult to book classes. Being on the waitlist does not work for me. I asked to cancel my contract three days after I signed it. Since I went to one class I could not cancel the contract. I ended up paying the enrollment fee, one month of classes, and $100!!! I felt they had no customer service.

Instructors are Wonderful.and the folks at the front desk always pleasant and willing to help in anyway...
Finally found a exercise program that works without needs.
Clean and plenty of parking.

Ive been coming to the Niles location since it open! I have lower back condition that made exercising a challenge. The instructions always provide clear instructions and adjustments to accommodate my physical issue. As a result, my strength and physical flexibility has greatly improved! Ive lost inches, my posturing has improved and my clothes fit much better. Im thrilled the club is in the neighborhood!

I had taken Classic Pilates for about 5 years and stopped due to a variety of reasons. I started again here at Club Pilates in Niles in part because of back issues. I love the variety with the reformer, chair, yoga blocks, ball, TRX etc. I especially love the instructors. Everyone Im sure has their favorite instructor but they are all great and each one a little different.
Also, the studio takes care to make sure of everyones safety. Wiping down gear after every use, scheduling so its not too crowded between classes all help keep numbers manageable.
Id like to see more Saturday classes though. As more people have signed up, the waitlists have become longer and if your schedule does not allow for weeknight classes (also becoming waitlisted) it can be difficult to get classes in.
Also, my back is great. I only see my chiropractor for occasional adjustments instead of bi-weekly sessions.
