We used SHS to replace our 1960s aluminum slider windows. Kevin, the sales person we worked with, was the best Id dealt with in talking to almost 10 companies. Their price was also very competitive despite our job being smaller. He was very honest, respectful, didnt upsell on anything we didnt actually need, and was very communicative. While there were delays in getting the final installation it wasnt anything unusual for the time as everything was delayed back then. The install itself went well and the fellow who handled the install was super super friendly. Its been a year since the install and we havent had any issues. Thanks!
