We were referred to Mr. Novelle by another lawyer in the middle of an extremely difficult time. Mr. Novelle called us back immediately and met with us on the Friday after Thanksgiving, even though he wasn’t normally open that day. He was very straightforward with us and made us feel instantly taken care of. Whatever the outcome of the case, we knew we would be in great hands. He also gave us a very reasonable price. His communications were always very timely and clear, and he always picked up the phone when we had questions, even on Saturday nights (although I’m an attorney myself, I had a lot of questions!). Now that our case is over (with a positive outcome), Mr. Novelle offered to check in with us periodically. He is an excellent attorney and human being, and even if under horrible circumstances, we are very blessed to have met him. We highly recommend Mr. Novelle.
