worst possible AT&T experience I have ever had! they have made my entire family wantto drop AT&T for good. terrible customer service, scammed us for additional fees. do NOT go here.

Sales rep Kevin R. Has one of the worst attitudes I've encountered in quite sometime. First off I'm at the store at 11am... when it "opens", but the door is locked. I call the store and get diverted to att sales. They check and tell me the store rep has in fact clocked in, and is probably just in the back. They tell me to knock on the door. I do this and nothing. 15 minutes later and here comes slow walking Kevin with two bottles of ice cold water to unlock the door. I told him I thought the store opened at 11 and he gives some excuse about his wallet being left in an Uber...yet he was clocked in. We tell him our phone isn't connecting to the cellular service. He literally grunts and walks to the back room. He comes back and begins to do whatever with the phone. NEVER SAYING ONE WORD. I could continue, but suffice to say he was completely unprofessional and immature. Horrible person to have employed at your company.
