I Have been dealing with George for over the year & let me tell you he is the man to go to! He is incredibly knowledgeable especially when I first walked into the door he was friendly, and helpful every step of the way even on text! He was patient with me as I looked at different clothing & accessories not feeling pressured to buy ! Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at this Store. He truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

Love the product assortment. I sometimes shop by appointment or simply stop by and always receive an amazing service. They take time and style me when I have events to go to. George and Elizabeth both assist me and I highly recommend them both equally.

As I could not reply directly to Dhimiter Bello let me add some details for our clients. The possibly defective shoes were purchased a year and 3 months ago and were used too. Our return exchange policy is 14 days for UNWORN items. The Arthur sneakers was our best selling shoe at the time and were not defective. Interesting how the shoes became uncomfortable after a year

bought a pair of shoes that turn out to be a very uncomfortable product (possibly deflective). Burberry told me to go to the store and have the manager name George to check the shoe, he did not even check the pair - and as usual "i would like to help you and i understand but we can not do anything", paying $1000 for a pair of shoes that you can even wear them for 40 minutes is a shame. Very disappointed from Burberry, and from store management.
