        I went to have fiber installed in a new second home near our family. Wireless customers are supposed to get a monthly discount on new fiber installation. I was denied because our existing wireless service is registered at a different address. I reminded them about AT&Ts pledge that existing and new customers are treated the same. Tiffany assisted me. She understood my point and persisted in pursuing my claim until I was satisfied. Tiffany was an excellent customer advocate who is experienced and knowledgeable. What could have been a bad experience became positive. Thank you Tiffany!!

        We just recently had our 2nd visit at this location. Both visits were to upgrade cellphones. We had the distinct pleasure both times to be able to deal with "Z". He was AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable! The second time we decided to wait until he was done with another customer just so we could deal with him! Thanks Z for the wonderful experience!
