I’ll say that I’m very happy that I decided to join when I did. It’s been 4 classes so far n I can’t wait to see my progress. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The energy that they bring to the studio provides so much motivation which can make it easy to wanna come back for more training. Thx guys! ☺️

My first day was December 3rd, and the staff could not have been more welcoming! You instantly feel like family! From their stretches and workouts to their boxing routines, not only do you feel confident but you feel completely empowered! 10/10! I cannot wait to go back!

Hello, I've been meaning and wanting to email the owner of ILKORLANDPARK about the instructors. I want to let the owner or manager know they are all awesome to continue the class. Sara, Holly, Jennifer, Josh and Brianna they're supporting all of us by giving us great workout virtually online. They're amazing and I appreciate them all. To be honest I was able to do the work out more now that's it's online. Wishing that they can do this too when we are back to normal. Yes definitely I'll go to the studio more. But due to my job as a Nurse I can't able to go as often as I want to. Thank you all for everything
