        Three stars are for how good the food is. The missing two stars is because of not understanding the supply and demand concept. The tamales are the best, and you cannot find them anywhere else cooked the way these are. Where this restaurant goes wrong is not making enough. The pepper and cheese tamales are a big seller for here. They run out which is good, but never make enough. If you're lucky, they may have leftover tamales that were sitting out (yes, that is what I was told). If you have an item that sells out quickly, making more is a no brainer. Even if you call like they tell you to in advance, they still will not make them.

      The tamales are the best, and you cannot find them anywhere else cooked the way these are. Where this restaurant goes wrong is not making enough. The pepper and cheese tamales are a big seller for here. They run out which is good, but never make enough. If you're lucky, they may have leftover tamales that were sitting out (yes, that is what I was told). If you have an item that sells out quickly, making more is a no brainer. Even if you call like they tell you to in advance, they still will not make them.
