        The process wasnt easy but the young man in the management office was so helpful. I only wish the would communicate better. I tried to see two other units before finally taking a virtual tour on this unit. Every time I booked a viewing of other units when that day came the unit was no longer available.

        All I can say, is believe the reviews when you see them. I dont usually leave reviews, but we are first time home renters and we decided to give them a try even though we were hesitant we got accepted and had a date to come view a three bedroom unit, we get a call and say that the unit was closed on by somebody else so there was another unit available and we had a time to view it and sign the lease. The whole process from applying to today took 3 weeks. today we show up no ones there to greet us. We finally get a hold of them after a few minutes only to find out that someone else closed on the townhouse the day before. They couldnt even give us a call to let us know so we didnt waste our time coming out here, but truthfully, thank God they didnt show because right outside our units door, theres cigarettes and beer bottle tops. The doors were disgusting trash all over clearly there was no upkeep or any desire to make the unit look like you could live in it , Id say we saved ourselves a lot of trouble. You always wanna try to look on the brighter side of things, but if this is how theyre doing business before you even move in, it is not worth it at all. They definitely saved us from renting from them.

        Been trying to contact this company with no response, is there any way they rent if I have an eviction prior 2 years ago due to my old leasing manager let me house mold down and flood and wouldn't agree to let me break my lease ? Please respond
