Rented several times from this location. Cars are always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful.

All the staff were friendly and accessible when I delivered the car it was fast and when I received it too, it's good to know that they have bilingual staff.

We have only ever rented from enterprise due to superior customer service and quality of rentals. This time is the only time I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by the quality of the car. It was severely stained and smelled of smoke. My daughter suffers from allergies and the ride was miserable due to smoke smell. I had to cover the seats with blankets to hide the damage. I paid for a midsize SUV and I received what seemed like a junk car. The tank had 1/4 gas so I was offered a discount of not filling the tank back to 1/4. This was in no way enough given the condition of the car. The big hole in the carpet on the drivers side could not be helped as all floor mats for driver had to be removed due to safety. I am including the photo to add to condition of car. This car only had 52,000 miles but seemed like it had 250,000 miles. Update 3 weeks later. I see the response from Chris and followed up by email and have not had any response or resolution.
