First of all, I never write reviews. Everyone wants us to support local businesses, which I always do, especially Edie; however, after today, I will no longer support nor shop there since they do not care about their customers. Two days ago, I purchased over $220 of items and after one hour of wearing my $138 spank pants, they snagged. I had them on for one hour and they refused to exchange them for me! That is not how you should run a business. I am very unhappy. Someone would buy them at a discounted price if they did do the exchange. I actually have never had a store not do an exchange for me ever.

Terrible return policy, tried to return a 75 dollar dress and they said you could only do store credit or exchange. I dont live in the area. I Found the same dress at Nordstrom's for 20 dollars. Asked about a gift card and she said it can only be store credit. Then she said it was the managers policy and she doesnt make the rules. Dont ever shop here! Not worth it at all and a total rip off with over priced clothes.
