        I have rescheduled my repayment a couple of times due to hardship circumstances, once confirmed by Klover I thought I was set. five times now they have taken money from my account early. Poor customer service, no regard for clients and they lie constantly.

        Needed a new tax preparer this year and went with the local company with not much background info going in. I can honestly say, after years of filing taxes with multiple different companies/CPSs, Klover will have my business going forward. They are responsive, professional, and informative every step of the way. I look forward to using their services in the future and as a local Plainfield resident, Im glad there is such top notch, high level service right in our downtown area regardless of if youre a small business or filing a single income tax return, the level of attention and dedication is matched.
