        Overall it has been a good experience. I just started using them for medication management and they ran me out of medication the 1st month. I called 2 days before asking about my refill, was told they would message the nurse, but now I'm out. Other than that, my experience has been very pleasant. When I did my intake for medication management, they said that all medications would be sent to the pharmacy, I didn't have to call, but obviously that was not the case. Time will tell.

        Ive had a terrible experience with all the counselors that Ive had there. Sorry, but social workers shouldnt be counselors. Ive never had a good social worker counceler. I feel like they dont know what they are doing. I feel like there is better healthcare elsewhere, but for the money, IHR is ok for a small amount of time.
