        The service is impeccable. They don't try to upsell and push the most expensive product. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and the prices and quality are unbeatable.

        Quartzite was cut the morning of install. Seam could not be glued because it was so wet. Installer was phenomenal. Installer said they would send someone out in a couple days after it dried to glue the seam together. Two days later I get a call stating they couldn't come back for a week and a half to finish the job. I told the rep this is unacceptable as my job isn't done. Said they were too busy to get to me sooner, then got attitude with me. Said he would talk with someone and get back to me. It's been three days and I haven't heard anything........
