Very bad apartments the rent is very expensive and to make the matters worse you have to pay for your car parking they charge you for the water and it comes out very expensive and the laundry itself is very dirty and not maintained very well the washing machines are bad they wash you clothes but not good enough the dryers are even worse they dont dry your clothes at all the sink in the kitchen fills up with mysterious water that smells really bad like rotten when it rains the bathrooms fill up with water and it gets all on the floor all the buildings and apartments are very old they should lower done the rent because the two room apartments are 1800 and the water apart and the one room apartments come out to almost 1400 which is very expensive in other places they have better apartments for better prices and better conditions thats my opinion on living here.

Reasons why you shouldn't live here: 1. Cockroaches in laundry room 2. Water leaks in the basement to get to the laundry room 3. Mystery stains in the hallways and stairs 4The parking lot looks like it was draw up by someone wearing beer goggles, some spots are narrow while others are wide, some spots are straight while the one next to it is at an angle, some spots have double lines 5. Mysterious bugs in my apartment that look like a combination of a roach and a beatle 6.Half of the outlets in my apartment dont work 7. They dont plow the snow in the parking lot or sidewalks until around 10 am. Most people are already at work or school by then, so u have to walk through snow and ice to make it to your car/the bus 8. You have to pay $2.50 for a washing machine that is either flooded with gray water or is dirty or may even have a cockroach in it 9. You have to pay $2.25 for a dryer that doesn't dry on high heat, 2 of the dryers everyone avoided bc all they do is tumble your clothes with cold air 10. The pool doesn't open until the last month of summer 11. Potholes everywhere, the entrance to the street Arbor Drive, the entrance to the complex, the parking lot. Its like someone saw pop rocks and said lets make a street made of out it. 12. The cabinet handles easily come off 13. The lights in our bathroom went out, and it took them 2 weeks to fix it. They said they would replace it with a brand new light but gave us this rusty light 14. The knob to the bathtub stopped working, causing the faucet to leak for hours while waiting for maintenance to come 15. Wind blows through all the windows, including the patio, wind, and snow blow under the wood, connecting the patio door to the apartment 16. Update to #15 upon getting a call back from maintenance on the issue I was told to take a towel or blanket and cover the hole with it. That was their solution to the problem of snow and wind getting in, not coming and fixing it. We tried that the night before and from the videos show it did nothing. It went from 64 to 55.

After a year and a half living there, we moved out because we bought a house. Living there was awful due to the thin walls, no enforcement on noise complaints. Music was blasting from both of our neighbors at all hours of the night. Cockroaches were prolific when we moved in. Management tried to blame us. Management called CPS because our appartment was "not safe" for a toddler. CPS over the course of 3 months said it was fine and they saw no signs of neglect, abuse or unsafe conditions, aside from the cockroaches which they put on Management to fix, CPS told us to cooperate with Management to fix the problem. The problem was solved but the management kept attacking us for other supposed violations which never were violations according to our leasing agreement. The CPS thing all started AFTER management found out my husband works from home and stay at home father to our daughter. We moved out and did not bother asking for our deposit back even though the condition of the apartment was the same as when we moved in. Since then they have been hounding us for damages that we have photo evidence of being there when we moved in.
