I brought my car to BBA for repairs after a front end collision. Joe and Sam took the utmost care of my car and spent hours with me explaining the repairs needed and reasons behind them, they sourced parts relatively quickly considering the shortages the industry has been facing, and they had my back during the excruciating claims process. Their entire operation is a well oiled machine with top notch knowledgeable staff. My calls and emails were always returned promptly. As for the repairs, they were done seamlessly. I used BBA for my Tesla body-shop repair. They were referred to me by the Tesla dealership themselves. The front-desk was helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process including dealing with insurance and dealing with Tesla for parts supply. Once I turned in the initial claim and my car, I did not had to worry about any other aspects. The parts took few weeks to be delivered but I was informed about it ahead of time and planned accordingly. BBA staff also helped get a rental car for the duration of my repair. Overall I was very satisfied with their customer and technical service. Have recommended them to a few of my Tesla owner friends who needed similar body shop repairs.

My experience from start to finish was top shelf with BBA. Staff was friendly and professional at drop off and super prompt on the turnaround and pickup coordination. The body work done on my truck was very well done and they even threw in a complimentary car wash, which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this shop. Service: Body & Trim

I requested a raw fiberglass spoiler to be painted & have a broken corner on it to be repaired. After bringing the part in the process was well-communicated via email and phone. Corner was fixed, paint match was offered (I was able to come in to make my own decision), and timelines/quotes were clear. They also sent progress pictures when I requested. Upon part pickup, I unfortunately found some clear coat drip and surface imperfections on the part. They fully admitted their mistake and took it back and refinished the part. They even went outside of their facility to request expertise from a fiberglass expert to make the part finish as nice as possible on the second go. More effort to fix the problem than I would've asked for. Overall was a bit unhappy at first, but then saw the lengths they go to protect their reputation and customer satisfaction. Major respect to this group for taking the time and energy to get the job done right. Would absolutely recommend them.

I was referred to Motorwerks because my Porsche Macan needed some body work. From the minute I called the customer service was amazing and so friendly. I sent over pictures of the damage and Joseph got back to me right away with an estimate. He went over everything in detail.I dropped my car off and the staff at the front desk instantly offered me something to drink and even offered to call an Uber (but I already had a ride). I was kept updated the entire time my car was being repaired. At pick up the second I walked in everyone in the front office was so friendly and greeted me. Sam went over everything and once I was in my car Joseph came out to say hi! That sealed the deal to let everyone know if you want quality and someone you can trust this is the only place to go!
