"Professional place, very communicative, quick turn around time, fair pricing." Was my 5 star review before. Since then I have recommended this place to friends. They went and experienced what I just did a week ago. We took our car in for their free spring check up. Unsure what it includes because they said it was fine (unless this is a ploy to make you pay the diagnostic fee) we already knew it WASN'T fine. We approved the "diagnosis fee" which was also a ploy. A few things needed to be checked and they checked ...a few.... Anything outside of a couple items they wanted more diagnostic fees to check. We asked to check the rattle in the back and they said "you have a rattle in the back". Told me they fixed the cruise control, they only made it worse. It used to work intermittently but now it just shuts off completely while driving. They didn't check oil or fluids. They go by stickers and dash. We do our own oil changes so it was fresh oil. Said we needed new oil. They told me my bulb was out over the license plate and wanted $60 to change a $2 light. Their prices are crazy! My brand new serpentine belt they said needed to be replaced and tried to show me a photo of it being dusty. When we got it home we checked and it WAS just dirty. Completely fine. They said I needed new back brakes as they were metal on metal. The pads were just worn. Told me they'd need another diagnostic fee to check the front. This is just the tip of the iceberg. Not one of their "diagnostics" were correct. I do NOT trust this business. They tell you it's fine (if you believe them then you leave and waste your time) then if you say no it's not they charge you every chance that they can. Use scare tactics to get you to pay more and more. If we pay a diagnostic fee it's to diagnose. It's not per item. They are not upfront about anything! I had recommended 3 other people who had the SAME issues. Either their parts are made of platinum or their employees are. Their prices are above and beyond a dealership and their "opinion" can't be trusted at all. When I brought this up someone in the back argued with me and walked off. They don't care about customer satisfaction or the safety of the vehicles. They want to make money off the people in this town and not do the right work. Bottom line. They are no better than when it was Tiger Max. Stay away!

Real Autohaus Automotive is top notch! My car was overheating on my way to work. I pulled in at 7:30am and they attended to me immediately. So nice! Figured out the issue, they made a special trip to pick up my needed part, fixed it and I was on my way in a few hours. Super service, nice and professional personnel, clean environment, and offered great coffee :) Highly recommended if you need your car serviced.

Respectful, friendly, competent, efficient, neat and orderly repair facility in which the owners take great pride in providing the highest level of service without any nonsense. Used them to install an aftermarket part on a Tesla. The job they did was perfect.
