        Goosehead has increased my homeowners insurance drastically, it has double and that is ridiculous and unaffordable which forces me to find home owners insurance else where..

        Buyer beware!! Agent Jorge Soto does not reply to any messages, doesnt answer phone. I asked for a car quote Aug 2023, still waiting. Absolutely horrible agent who Im not sure knows anything about insurance or basic customer service. He quoted coverage that was not adequate and when it came time to help fix HIS error, I couldnt find him, realtor who suggested him couldnt find him. No one in his office reached out but had the nerve to email me with your policy was canceled today I had already cancelled policy and went with a more reputable company. They cant even keep their own records straight.
