        Placed the order on the arbys app to the wrong store, called the location and they hadn't made it yet and there's no way to cancel in app, so I contacted customer support. In the meantime the store (knowing I was trying to cancel) made the order and marked it completed. Not having a way to cancel in app is bad enough, but seems spiteful to mark an order completed when I clearly said I was contacting customer support to see if they can cancel it. PSA: don't use the arbys app Update : don't waste your time with the form, no one contacts you or does anything

        Ordered bufflow chicken and meat was raw and they refused to refund the money

        Those expecting the Arby's corned beef reuben to look anything like the flyer picture will be very disappointed. The reuben was a cold, ugly, made in advance, then microwaved and smashed thinly into a foil wrapper. The sandwich looked more like a piece of a truck tire than the delicious picture. Arby's. Never again!
