I have had an excellent experience at Northwest Neurology since the very beginning. I came here for an EMG thinking I had a pinched nerve or carpel tunnel. Turns out I have a condition called CIDP which requires a bit more care. I was fortunate enough to have my EMG performed by Dr. Andrew Gordon, who very quickly suspected CIDP, and I have been fortunate enough to be in his expert care ever since. He has worked tirelessly to ensure I am receiving the help and care that I need. He has gone above and beyond to get me approved for treatment by my insurance. He is patient, genuinely listens at appointments, and explains everything in an easy way to understand. I wish all doctors approached care the way he does. A very special thank you to him. I have also dealt with many different staff members from nurses, billing department, managers, and front desk, every single person has been attentive, informative, patient, and wonderful to interact with. A special thanks to Sam from the infusion department who has spent so much time on the phone answering my many questions about my upcoming treatment. A special thanks to Sandy who gave me her personal line to contact her should I need extra help with anything, she has always been a delight to speak with. A special thanks to Kelly who has also answered so many of my questions and been so kind. I feel that I couldnt be in better hands.
