I had a huge list of repairs, (I needed a replaced trap, a new water heater, replaced washer valves, the clodded shower drain and humidifier drain rodded, shower heads replaced) and Jim fixed them all. He also replaced a valve (out of code) on my humidifier that my heating contractor had put in. He answered all my questions, was on time and overall a really nice person.

I called Jim on a Monday afternoon requesting a water heater replacement because ours was kaput. He was at our house two days later on Wednesday morning at the time he said hed be there, replaced the water heater in 1.5 hours and was very professional. Id highly recommend R & S for your plumbing needs.
