        We were stranded by United Airlines in Chicago at the end of June. On the day we could finally fly out (June 30), we had to check out of our hotel about 12 hours before our flight ultimately boarded...leaving us a lot of downtime. We stopped in to the mall. It was just my 12 year old and I. The young staff at this store was amazing. Beyond helpful! They helped make a day that was super stressful, better.

        I received an Excellent customer service at this location from Jovanna which was very helpful with my return and purchase. Store was kept very organized the entire time I was shopping, sale signs very noticeable and employee willing to help. Great team work!
