        When I had insurance it was ok . But without insurance just for a cleaning they wanted 400 dollars. Way more expensive than then anywhere else.

        Quick to service you & even faster with their billing plans. Prices are not competitive, shop around!!!! Only positive the office hours. When calling always write down the name of the person who answers the phone. They tend not to believe you without it. They will drag out procedures resulting in multiple visits. All actions are driven by money. Billing lady, the Princess of the place, does no wrong & has no problem telling you that; will even argue to prove her point then tells you to calm down. Overall I dont find them to be flexible, competitive, friendly or fair (support staff not actual dentists)

        PERFECT!!! My relative Judy had a terrible accident and SDS did a remarkable emergency job. Lizette Salinas (Operations Manager) is the GOLD STANDARD for customer service. Lizette helped my relative from start to finish. Lizette Salinas cares deeply about her patients. She is professional, patient & kind. Lizette makes a difference. You can trust SDS...Their work is high quality and the best in the industry. They did everything they promised and more. The entire staff did a superb job! Prices are very reasonable as well. If you deal with Lizette Salinas, you will be very happy. We are very grateful.

        UPDATE 1/8/24: If I could only leave NO STARS. This place is an absolute joke. They must be struggling. After walking out of my appointment mentioned below I never heard one word from them until now. I received a bill nearly 2 years later with a failed appointment charge. LMAO. Based on several reviews and my experiences with them, they are nothing but a money grabbing machine. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING EXTORTED. Changing my recommendation to NO. The only reason I left a good review in the first place is because they bribed me with free teeth whitening product. Despite having gone in every three or four months for the last two years, doing exactly what is told of me, getting great feedback on my checkups; I apparently am on some sort of remedial patient list that still requires me to go in every three months. Asked when I can be moved to a regular schedule, they replied never. Uhwhat? I, and apparently my insurance, disagree. Go milk another cow.
