Food is great, service has been really, really poor since they switched to ordering on your phone. I've gone 4 times since then and on every occasion I've had to flag down staff about missing sides, no drinks, etc. No one checks on your table, so you have to interrupt someone to get help. I would stick to carry out only for Nando's, and if you're enjoying the mall and want a casual sit down meal, go to Shake Shack.

Stopped for lunch and we got chicken sandwich and a bowl. Both excellent. Daughter went spicy and I went plain. Portion size was perfect. Ran into friend having lunch w his young daughter and friend and they were having great time. Bathrooms large and clean. Our servers, all if them great. Glad for my daughter as tech menus were new for me, but not hard.
