As a first time home buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better loan officer than Arthur! Arthur was always available when I called or texted him and answered all my questions (and mind you I asked tons). He is extremely knowledgeable and reassured me that everything was going to work out. Everything was quick and painless thanks to him. I interacted directly with Arthur for the loan on my investment home purchase. I admire and commend his knowledge. Arthur was always immediate to respond and was always willing to talk me through in great detail regarding any questions I had during and after the process!
Arthur and his team made the whole process streamlined for me and I did not have to worry about a thing. The Fairway Independent mortgage corp also has a good user experience on their app and it makes reviewing and signing of the documents real easy.
