If youre thinking about going here do yourself a favor and dont. What should have been an hour and a half lasted 3 hours. I got a pedicure which wouldve been nice if she didnt cut up my toes by removing the regular glitter polish with the drill. (My toe later got infected). The lady finished my dip after an extremely long time and I discovered my toe nails werent dry because she FORGOT the color I picked was no Chip (you pick colors out of a book here not off the wall). She made me sit back in the chair and REMOVED all the polish and polished them again. She decided the new color I chose was to sheer and proceeded to remove all the polish AGAIN so she could put something underneath it. At this point I was livid and I just wanted to leave. Not only was my dip thick and bumpy (worst dip I have ever had) but my toenails were sloppily painted. I went back the next day, and the lady put no chip on my toes for free great but the lady who did my dip was not there, so they made me write down my phone number and said the manager would give me a call. The manager never called me. Not only were the services crap but extremely overpriced. I shouldnt have even paid but Im a good person. The first time I didnt tip my nail tech.

I am from Florida and I came in on 11/22/23 to get chrome nails in gel. I showed the tech my nails and asked if she could duplicate them. She said yes but I left with hombre which is not even close to what I asked for. To add insult she charged me $75. I am not happy and I feel like I paid for something I dont like. I am back in Florida now as you can see in the photo on the right. I have my chrome nails and I didnt pay $75. Kelsey you owe me $37.50 because your work was shabby

DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST GEL MANICURE!! I wish I read these reviews before going this morning. The gel manicure I got done here was so rushed and messy, theres nail polish on my cuticles, didnt even give me a hand massage with lotion, just slapped it onto my hands and left my hands all greasy. Worst of all, it was literally just 20 minutes. The lady was rushing like she had a line out the door meanwhile it was just two customers including myself. Will never return and by the looks of it, this place needs to change ownership bc the current employees are absolutely terrible.

Highly disappointed. I was NOT happy with the quality of work. I wanted chrome, I noticed she did not use a chrome base, instead she used a white polish called flurry. The colors were not chrome.. The colors came out basic and polished sloppy. Iwent to another nail shop to have it corrected. Also my nail shape was poorly done..
