        Malik so professional he needs a raise of a 100 an hour because I have all the employees there. He has the BEST customer service he was excellent and outstanding. Very professionalUsually I have a bad experience there but he made me want to always go there to get Northface to buy things..JULIE IS THE WORST PERSON/MANAGER ON THE PLANET!!!!!!!!! I feel like she has different standards for Black people She thinks all Black people are uneducated and dont know anything about Northface like we really cant afford it and do not need to be in there!!!!!!!!! I returned a coat that was a Christmas gift and she gave me the lowest cheapest price of the coat for a gift card. Her attitude was so unacceptable and And totally made me feel like she really didnt want to help me and totally didnt want to deal with me and didnt care.. I was the wrong color for her to deal with But she was extra nice to the white lady that came in. She had all the smiles for her. I was in there today. The staff did not help me. They were on their phones.Andrew was very helpful and nice.
