I dropped off my snowblower last week. They never called. i called numerous times , different times and days, voicemail would hang up. went in with my receipt , they seemed confused, i complained that they hadn't called or answered phone. Guy comes back saying it's fixed $130. I never approved a repair. He claimed they didn't have my number, he also said i mustve called during their lunch break. I checked that the blower worked and i paid for it. my receipt had my name and number on it. sure, felt like some shady stuff going on.

Have no fear, but high volume. 3 yr non- used ( bad gas/ ethanol/ HO ABSORBTION) cleaned- tunes- rebuilt and:::: starts at soon as you turn the key in a milisecond! Good idle and sharpened blade no charge? Had to wait 1/2 week for air cleaner element { BACK ORDERED} ( FOR A 15 YR OLD MOWER!!! But- THEY BLEWOUTMOST OF DUST- from the old cleaner~ BEFORE DELIVERY!!!) AIRED TIRES & LUBED EVERYTHING THAT THEY COULD LUBE : N/C again! I've got two push mowers and a power washer going there as soon as they call ( they prefer to go to work on the units ASAP but not store~$~ as other nearby places Park em for a week/ month : usally after promised) FINISHED MINE BEFORE PROMISED-- I WAS THE DAY LATE! WOW- ! PARTS- ENGINES- MOWERS- BLADE & AIR FILTERS OR PLUGS FOR MOST-- MINE TOOK A LITTLE LONGER BUT: THE GOT PART BEFORE SEARS/ CRAFTSMAN- WOULDN'T! *THEY SOLD THE RIGHTS/THEIR NAME & COPYWRITE- TO ??? BUT THESE NICE PEOPLE FOUND ONE!!( BOUGHT A B/U/ SECOND ONE FOR FUTURE- BETTER FOR ME- BETTER FOR THEM-BETTER FOR YOU!) GOT A NEW MULCHING BLADE FOR MY PUSHER- FIT & CUT BETTER THAN STOCK! DO I SOUND SATISFIED! HONEST, SKILLED, OLD SCHOOL AND PROUD TO DO GOOD WORK- LIKE GOING BACK IN TIME ? UPDATE~~~ 6623 BUSY BUT NO WHERE ELSE: IF THEY ARE AS THE WERE & I THEY WILL! ( New " lithium ion batteries mowers are : 2 things -1. $1,500.00+ & 2. The batteries are EXPLOSIVE/ EXTREAMLY FLABLE: NOT RECYCLE ABLE & remain toxic almost as long as PLUTONIUM! The BRIGGS & STRATTON CORP - MOVED TO GERMANY & MAKES AUX. " SODIUM ION- UP TO 15,00 RECHARGES & RECYCLABLE BATTERIES" AS AN ALTERNATE = SENIOR & TOTAL SHOLDER REPLACEMENT PEOPLE & A PULL RECOIL ROPE ALSO! ~~ ( ILLEGAL FROR IMPORT TO THE USA! & THEY ARE MAKING * ADAPTORS * to replace Chinese/ ??? Imported engines [[ with 80 octane ( no moonshine " mandatory" illegal to import/ sell/ possess ? *** so if you get one & an " clean" new engine--- tell no one? 5 perhaps not bring to C & N " they " might abuse/ close them: in BUYDUMB'S all new corporate electric world? OR>>> Start, Dragging 3 x 12 ga wires hundreds of feet & wearing a solor cell covered overcoat with a propeller in each hand & on your baseball cap & only on a sunny day? "Google" how much water it takes to extinguish a lithium ion battery fire& do you want one- three mowers/ snowbloweres~~ or battery chain saws/ weed trimers / power washers --- IN YOU HOUSE/ GARAGE -- near me or anyone you love? After waiting about 4 days for an estimate for repair on a sub $200 push mower, I thought the price was too high, so I went to pick up my lawn mower. Upon getting back, I see the gas tank is almost empty. When I took it there it was almost full. I'm not sure if they took the gas out, or if the gas magically disappeared. I decided to clean the carburetor myself, and when I drained the gas, I noticed it was blue. I didn't put blue fluid in my gas tank. Did they? Or did my lawn mower get attacked by Smurfs?
