I've been leaving messages requesting a call back for at least two weeks on a daily basis. I understand that the situation is difficult with covid, etc.; however, how can it take that long for a call back? The deadline for how to handle my question has now passed but I still need to speak to someone to make an appointment. They need to hire more representatives? Very frustrating

Please explain why when calling to set up an appointment or talk to someone, Cisco Unity connections puts you into a system where no operator is available and no connection is available.
