I am on the board of directors of the condominium in Buffalo Grove IL. We had a bad situation with another GC who bailed out of the contract on a short notice and we were approaching fall and needed our roof work done ASAP. We had another recommendation for JSMM to do this work and I am so happy that we did hire them as they understood our situation and agreed to do the job for us in a timely manner.
