Unfortunately I would not recommend this location at all. We picked up our rental, along with a car tow to pull my vehicle. The manager told us they do not attach the car tow and that we would have to watch a video and do it ourselves. We booked our rental over the phone with customer service, and they told us that we would have assistance which is why they chose this location for us instead of going to a Uhaul as a pickup location. After what felt like pulling teeth with the manager and multiple attempts, and being told no one but the technicians knew how to attach the tow. He finally asked a tech to come out and assist us. And upon leaving this location, we call customer service again to inquire about the misinformation because this was just unbelievable. We yet again receive the same information about being able to get assistance with attaching and detaching my vehicle. Customer service stated that we would have to only drive my vehicle on top of the tow. Overall, I would not come here again. The truck needs an alignment, new brakes and a detail due to the pet smell of the previous renter. This transaction was not smooth and very draining. We felt as if the bare minimum was done just to rush us out of the door. U-haul will continue to be our go to!
