Hi Jan from KEB!We are glad to read that your project was completed (as you indicated) ON TIME with (also as you indicated) NO COMPLAINTS!! We simply must apologize…we assumed you hired us to clean the carpets at the KEB office on Robbins Road in Springfield not to demonstrate the various techs and equipment we have available. We also failed to realize that in addition to wealth management and accounting your firm specializes in cleaning management – which means you likely already know that the ISSA 6/12-time specs indicate that one tech can easily clean an average of 1,150 square feet per hour. This commonly known statistic fits perfectly into the amount of time it took to complete your project (12 hours on Saturday and 7.5 on Sunday). How foolish of us to send the proper number of trained techs with the correct equipment and chemistry to complete the project, as indicated in your review ON TIME, also as indicated in your review with ZERO COMPLAINTS. We recently scheduled another floor cleaning project for next week…perhaps you can direct me to the proper person at your firm to advise us how long you think this should take and what equipment and chemistry will be needed. We have over 15 years of experience not missing deadlines. If you wanted to be coddled and have your hand held throughout the process, you should have mentioned such desire in your many emails beforehand. We see no need to micromanage our techs – it simply annoys them and takes them off task. If assistance was wanted or needed it would have been provided – as you indicated the job was done on time, hence no need existed except to satisfy your own uninformed estimate of staffing requirements. That all being said our techs like to be paid…so please spend your time paying your bill as opposed to pointlessly complaining about a job well done. Surely those managing KEB don’t want their name associated with this level of pettiness. Enjoy your day.

Go look at this crazy Karen's review history....5 "1 star reviews" of cleaning companies in the last 15 minutes (it now appears she has removed the couple she could (how dare someone challenge her)). It appears no one wants to tolerate her drama and BS and she is getting her undies bunched up about it. I know the other companies you are trashing and after speaking with you for a short amount of time I am quite certain that THEY are not the problem Princess! Please find someone else to come be you indentured servant - someone with a LOT of patience and possibly hard of hearing or deaf so they don't her your constant complaining and criticizing ...in my best Mr. T voice...."I PITY DA FOOL!!!"
