    My husband and I came in October 2023 looking for a new mattress. We were instantly greeted by Chris and were super impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We left without purchasing because we wanted to discuss the large purchase before we committed. We went back this past January and, again, was instantly greeted by Chris, who remembered us from the previous visit. He was no different, super friendly, professional, and because of that, we purchased our mattresses, sheets, and pillows. Delivery was prompt. The guys did a great job as well. We love our mattresses, sleeping so much better. Don't waste your time going to other mattress stores like we did in the beginning. It's not just the quality of the product. It's the service that matters, too, and you'll definitely get it there.

    This is my 2nd bed from Verlo. I purched my first one 16 years ago. Due to medical reasons I am in need of an adjustable frame and a softer mattress. I knew I was going to Verlo because Ive dealt with Caleb before and hes great. The delivery guys were excellent, the headboard brackets didnt work for me, it made the bed too tall. They said that happens frequently.

    I highly recommend Verlo. Chris was very helpful and understanding of my dad's needs for a mattress for his adjustable bed. Rhamiel and Ian, who delivered the mattress were prompt and very helpful in setting up the bed for my parents. Verlo will be getting my business from here going forward.

    I bought a Verlo hybrid mattress less than two years ago. Despite two adjustments - one free and a second one that cost me $75, the mattress still caused me neck, back, and joint pain. I even tried adding a pillow top cover and that didn't help either. The reason I didn't pay more for the second adjustment was because I came in and picked up the foam and installed it myself. I was also required to pay with cash or a check to get the $75 price. I was about ready to give up and buy a new mattress when I decided to try putting back one of the thin foam layers that I had previous removed. I am more comfortable now and will keep the mattress for the time being.
