I recently moved into Rainbow Apts and the experience has been very pleasant. The complex manager Tammy is AWESOME. She is friendly and makes you feel welcome. She resolves any issues you may have in a very timely manner. I have a bad back and she made sure to place me in a ground floor unit. She also offered to bring my mail to me on the days that I'm physically unable to make it to the mailbox. She actually answers the phone when you call the office! I didn't have any complaints and my neighbors are very friendly.

Things are better since being here and Im liking the changes going in since being under new management. Shes really helpful and reliable

An Exceptional Property Manager with a Heart of Gold I have had the privilege of interacting with Tammy on a bit of a different level then most who reside there at Urbana Estates. She was coming into the job as I was moving out of my apartment. However, she made the process of a somewhat difficult situation a lot easier on me just by being kind and compassionate to my struggle and even tho I am no longer a resident there I've been able to continue to rent my garage! That alone relieved me of so much stress in the chaos of my move. It also gave me the opportunity to get to know Tammy and see just how much she really does care. And not just about managing properties well even tho she's proven to ace that. Tammy cares about ensuring that the tenants of those properties feel at home. She doesn't just take notes and leave you wondering. She is hands on in every part of making Urbana Estates a better place and that to me, speaks volumes!! From the moment she stepped into her role, she has transformed Urbana Estates in ways that go beyond mere professionalism. Her empathetic ear is a rarity. When you walk in to her office you can just feel the sincerity in her commitment to tenant happiness! Whether its a leaky faucet or a personal struggle, Tammy is there, listening with empathy and compassion. She strives to ensure tenants are heard and concerns are addressed. She puts forth the honest effort in finding resolution and rectifying the issue at hand. I know this is a rather lengthy review but I believe when there is someone who is as devoted and determined to truly just making things better as Tammy they deserve to be acknowledged for all their hard work. She came into a mess. Anyone else would have given up and walked away. I seen it a few times during my residency. But since Tammy has taken the role of property manager, I have seen nothing but great things and lots of improvements. It's only going to get better from there. Urbana Estates is thriving under her care and her unwavering commitment is something to be recognized!

I've been here for two years. Wanted to leave not because of the community my neighbors are awesome we look out for each other. We finally have someone in the office that is getting things done and works with you if you can keep your word ...some see the area as bad but it isn't its quiet no predators no gang violence its actually a small community of people just living life going to work..most of the time when i leave or am coming home there is always a wave or hello...as far as the office problems are resolved and responded to quicky if there is one again its a small community but its quiet kids aren't running around wild if they are out they are just being kids and playing quietly never rudly.... Basically you can literally mind your own business and it's okay we love that over here we don't like ruckus in our small community we just vibe out from the front to the back of the complex we have people that care about the communities appearance trash etc in the parking lot.it really is a safe place to be. Whether your a single mother or father or married or struggling there really is harmony I love my neighbors the new office staff is awesome Tammi has a handle on things and knows her community.... When I first moved there were no roaches but that's a matter of new clientele...treatment began and mine are gone like if I first moved in. Things take time..the office tackled it and it's a good place...I might add pay rent on time and things can get taken care of it helps business execs to pay for things kind of part of the process . It's not a slum place to live. so come in get you an apartment settle down live life I'll be resigning my lease
