        Ky at this location is fabulous. Confident and excellent customer service. Overall my experience with their phone customer service department is awful. Given wrong information multiple times and Ky knew exactly what she was talking about. Addressed the issue I was having with the phone customer service agents but unfortunately I continue to have issues with the phone customer service agents.

        couldn't help anything, unpleasant attitude, lack of technical knowledge of tMoble its own services. couldn't help cancel a line, i understand, but also couldn't help me to upgrade the plan i really shocked.
